IN BRIEF: Participant poems and speeches

In each summer program, youth participants are tasked with completing a final, capstone project. Whether it's a group or individual format, the projects challenge the teens to move from learning to action as leaders and peacebuilders. During the Interfaith Citizens Institute, participants wrote and delivered speeches at Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, Christ Church Cathedral, and the Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism.
